I love it when people who have taken one of my workshops let me know how they’ve put the workshop to use.  But rarely do projects happen as quickly as this one did. Denise Bachand, director of Preston (CT) Public Library, took my basic WordPress class just 5 days ago. And as of today, the Preston PL has a new website! Woohoo! Great work Denise!! I noticed that Denise was creating a real site during the session and after class she told me she was leaving her job as of this week and really wanted a new, easy to maintain website in place when she left. Well, she did it! And did a great job too. Now her staff can easily keep their website up to date. What a lovely parting gift.
