In our Cool Tools for School workshop, we include a lesson on Digital Portfolios that gives educators participating in the workshop a chance to explore a range of tools to help students build a collection of their best work over a school year or over many years as they pass from one grade to the next.
A recent post by Richard Byrne summarizes many of the tools we cover in a handy PDF – 10 Good Digital Portfolio Tools. We’ll be adding this post to our resource list for the workshop this coming year. As always, Practical EdTech is a treasure trove of great resources.
